Exhibitor Contract & Reservation Form

Completion of this form serves as your reservation for exhibit space at the NPC 36th Annual Conference to be held February 26–28, 2025 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Florida. “Best Space” available will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitors will receive a written confirmation of purchase and instructions for sending ad artwork by January 4, 2025. 100% payment is due with commitment. Upon the completion/submission of this form, you will be directed to the NPC Store to complete the purchase. No refunds or cancellations.

2 attendees are included with booth/table top, 1 additional with additional booth/table top NON-MEMBERS - 1 conference registration with booth/table-top. NPC will register your booth attendees.

Thank you for completing this Exhibitor Commitment. In order to finalize your reservation, you will need to go into the NPC store, and complete the purchase of the booth space. Full payment is due with this contract to hold space at the conference. NPC will not hold space without a contract and payment in full. See cancellation policy in the Exhibitor Brochure or Exhibitor Section of the Event site. By submitting and paying for the booth, you agree to abide by NPC's Rules & Regulations as noted in the Exhibitor Brochure and Exhibitor Section of the Event site. This Exhibitor Commitment Form becomes a binding contract when submitted and booth has been paid for.
